HOTEL AND TRAVEL COSTS
Non-oceanfront rooms at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel have a reduced rate of $84.00 plus tax per night for conference attendees. This rate is available for three days before and three days after the conference. To reserve a room, phone the hotel at 800-365-5032 and mention that you�re attending The Academy for Spiritual and Consciousness Studies conference to receive the reduced rate. We suggest you reserve a room at the time you register for the conference. If you�re sharing the room with another person, give that person�s name for the hotel and our records. The $84 reduced room rate expires on April 26, 2013. Rooms have king size or double beds, refrigerator, microwave, TV and wifi Internet access.. The Norfolk International Airport is 30 miles from the hotel; taxi fare is $35-$45 to and from the airport.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION /MEAL COSTS
Early Bird registration discounts apply to registrations received before March 1, 2013 for Academy members and nonmembers. Academy members receive a 25% reduced conference registration fee; Patron members receive a 50% reduction. Conference registration fees include dinners on May 17 and 18, luncheon on May 18 and breakfasts on May 18 and 19. In registering, indicate if you�re a Vegetarian. Payment by check or money order in U.S. funds only must accompany registrations. If you apply for Academy membership when registering, and chooose NOT to apply on-line, click here to complete the Membership Application and remit membership dues with the member discount registration fee.
